Authentic Rating Solutions is a B-BBEE verification agency which was established in 2016. Our team has a combined B-BBEE experience of more than 20 years and all our analysts are equipped to provide excellent service to our clients and will be there to support you every step of the way of the verification process.
We are a SANAS Accredited Verification Agency (BVA220) and provide a broad range of B-BBEE Certificate Verification services. Our office is based in Waterkloof Glen, Gauteng, and operate throughout South Africa, guided by strict Codes of Conduct we conduct impartial and effective B-BBEE Verifications.

Meet Our Team
Johan Kamper – CEO
He has a BSc(Agric) degree and has been in management positions in several companies. He has been involved with BEE
since 2007. He has attended different workshops and training sessions on BEE including the National Standardised B-BBEE
Management Development Program (NQF7) through UNISA. He has serviced a large number of clients including EME’s,
QSE’s and Large Enterprises across different sectors.
Mariska Harding – Managing Director
Mariska Harding completed her BCom Law, LLB, LLM (General Private Law) Dip Aipsa degree at the University of Pretoria.
She practiced Law for 5 years after which she took an interest in B-BBEE and since gained 10 years’ experience in B-BBEE
and has good knowledge of the B-BBEE Codes of Good Practice and all sector codes. She completed the National
Standardised B-BBEE Management Development Programme (NQF7) at the University of the Witwatersrand in 2018.
Jamie van der Merwe – Senior Analyst
Jamie van der Merwe has completed her Matric Qualification in 2015 on Bachelors level, and is currently studying towards
her BCom Law, followed by LLB degree at the STADIO University. Through her pursuits in law she took interest in B-BBEE and
has since gained experience in B-BBEE and has good knowledge of the B-BBEE Codes of Good Practice and all sector codes.
Bradley Maasdorp – Junior Analyst
Bradley Maasdorp obtained his BA Political Science and BAHons In International Relations degree from the University of Pretoria.
He started out by researching and editing political news outlets before practicing B-BBEE Verification in 2021. He has broadened
his knowledge of the B-BBEE Codes of Good Practice and all sector codes. He has undergone extensive training regarding
B-BBEE Verification. Position: Junior Verification Analyst.
